Dublin-based lessor AMCK ‘fraudulently unloaded’ its assets during $4bn takeover, US airline claims

US carrier Frontier Airlines has claimed that assets belonging to Dublin-based aircraft lessor AMCK were “raided” as part of a $4bn (€3.9bn) takeover of the firm so that the Irish unit would render itself “judgment-proof” if it loses a $53m (€52m) lawsuit taken against it in 2020 by the Colorado-based airline.
