A Florida court has rejected efforts by New York lawyer Michael Griffith to prevent his multi-million dollar case against Cork restaurateur Patricia Toscano from being dismissed.
“I don’t believe in the JNLRs. I never have,” the broadcaster Pat Kenny told the Sunday Independent recently. “I think it’s not a very scientific way of measuring audiences.”
The Dublin-based arm of international ratings agency S&P Global Ratings has paid €400m in dividends to its Luxembourg parent in the last year.
